About the Role
Prince O J Global Services Limited, a leading fast-moving consumer goods company incorporated in Nigeria with our head office in Onitsha, Anambra State, is seeking a meticulous and driven Transaction Processing Officer (Data Entry) to join our growing team. We specialize in the importation and distribution of top-quality wines, spirits, spices, tomatoes, spaghetti, oil, margarine, baking powder, and liquid milk.
Key Responsibilities- Input raw transactional data accurately into computer systems and enterprise databases.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to identify, investigate, and reconcile data discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with various company branches, management, and Depot Officers to clarify queries and secure missing information.
- Follow strict security protocols to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company data from unauthorized access.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational problems related to data processing and computer systems.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or a related field.
- Solid background and foundational knowledge in accounting principles.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in modern data management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
