In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless digital operations, and supporting our healthcare delivery mission across our Nigerian locations through robust IT solutions, reliable networking, and creative digital assets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain computer hardware, software systems, and local area networks to ensure optimal office uptime.
- Administer company websites and online platforms, ensuring security, regular updates, and smooth user experiences.
- Create engaging graphic design materials for internal communications, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to various departments across the organization.
- Collaborate with management to implement new technology upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
- Possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer networking, hardware maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of website management and online digital tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and creative visual content creation.
