As our Training Officer, you will be instrumental in building organizational capability by planning, coordinating, and overseeing all internal and external training programs. This role ensures our professionals remain current with evolving standards including IFRS, ISA, and Nigerian regulatory requirements while developing their technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments and industry sectors
  • Develop and implement strategic annual training plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Organize and coordinate external workshops, seminars, and internal technical training sessions
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with internal and external training facilitators
  • Manage training logistics, schedules, materials, and maintain detailed records
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and impact assessments
  • Ensure all training content aligns with IFRS, ISA, Nigerian tax laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Track and verify compliance with mandatory professional training obligations
  • Prepare periodic training reports and recommendations for senior management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Training, Learning & Development, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating external training facilitators
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • CIPM certification or equivalent professional qualification (highly advantageous)
