Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver all Learning and Development initiatives in alignment with property and company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and HR business partners to optimize team learning, coaching, and problem-resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, track, and exceed key L&D metrics.
- Oversee the training life cycle, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and adherence to company values.
- Manage the L&D budget and training plan, ensuring alignment with operational, revenue, and guest service objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and secure Industrial Training Fund (ITF) approval for all organizational training plans and development programmes.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely training solutions.
- Proven experience in Human Resources with exceptional problem-solving and managerial capabilities.
- Strong hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style with a deep passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to provide creative solutions, strategic advice, and actionable performance recommendations.
- High level of personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
