About the Role
The Providence Hotel, located in the prestigious GRA Ikeja, Lagos, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor. In this role, you will support the FBM and AFBM in managing our vibrant F&B outlets and Banquet Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strict adherence to hotel standards, and maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing food and beverage outlets and banquets to ensure high profitability and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
- Supervise departmental operations, assign duties to subordinates, and evaluate performance regularly.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and chefs to execute marketing plans, control costs, and adhere to operating budgets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and QHSE regulations.
- Coordinate staff training programs and maintain updated departmental records.
- Degree (BA/MBA) in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Several years of proven experience in overall food and beverage operations within a reputable hotel environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MICROS, time-keeping software, and other hospitality management systems.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
