Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the School of Business Studies.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-level management training programs relevant to the public and private sectors.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Mentor junior faculty members and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research.
- Forge and maintain strategic linkages and collaborations with the corporate world locally and internationally.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committees.
- Candidate must possess a Ph.D. with specialization in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification, full-time, relevant teaching and research experience in a recognized university.
- Proven track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and mentorship.
