About the Role

Established in 2016 as a key subsidiary in our global expansion, we pride ourselves on maintaining a top-tier fleet to support our operations across West Africa. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Trailer Painter to join our dynamic workshop team and ensure our fleet maintains optimal visual appeal and structural protection.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough surface preparation, including sanding, cleaning, and priming of trailers and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Accurately mix paints, coatings, and specialized chemicals to match required specifications.
- Execute professional spray painting and finishing techniques to achieve high-quality, durable results.
- Identify and correct paint defects, runs, or uneven coverage to meet strict company quality standards.
- Apply specialized coatings for effective corrosion prevention and weather resistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to workshop safety protocols regarding chemical handling and PPE.
- Proven professional experience as a Trailer Painter, Automotive Painter, or Industrial Coater.
- Proficiency in surface preparation, paint mixing, spray painting, and finishing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of various paint types, primers, industrial coatings, and corrosion prevention methods.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of hazardous painting materials.
