About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specializing in innovative people screening solutions and objective recruitment processes to meet international standards. We are currently looking for a dedicated Instrumentation Specialist to join our team in Nigeria, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining plant operations and ensuring minimal downtime through expert technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the installation, testing, repair, and calibration of instrumentation and control equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation control systems and telecommunication equipment efficiently.
- Carry out preventive and planned maintenance according to established schedules.
- Test and calibrate all measuring instruments to guarantee accuracy.
- Record shift activities accurately in the logbook.
- Report and ensure prompt response to all breakdowns that may affect production to minimize downtime.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical and electronic circuits.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose electronic and instrumentation faults and proffer effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
