About the Role
Strivo Labs is looking for a detail-oriented Trade-In Procurement & Inventory Specialist to manage the procurement, verification, grading, and inventory control of traded-in devices. You will ensure that electronic assets entering the business are accurately verified, graded, and traceable throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the intake and collection of traded-in devices from stores, agents, and partner locations.
- Perform IMEI checks, ownership verification, and stolen or blacklisted device screenings.
- Grade devices accurately according to approved quality standards and functionality checks.
- Onboard and manage refurbishers, repair partners, and logistics providers while negotiating pricing and turnaround times.
- Maintain clear chain-of-custody records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on device intake, rejection rates, grading accuracy, and inventory variances.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or device operations.
- Strong working knowledge of smartphone hardware, IMEI verification, and basic device diagnostics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills with high integrity and compliance focus.
