About the Role

We are looking for an experienced operations professional to steer our supply chain strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Nigeria logistics operations, covering finished goods, aircraft spares, and production materials from origin to Zipline sites.
- Oversee import enablement and customs execution, ensuring compliance with documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Directly manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouse partners to optimize service, cost, and reliability.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy across all Nigerian storage locations through regular cycle counts, audits, and robust transaction controls.
- Establish standard operating procedures for inbound transport, warehousing, and emergency shipments while tracking performance KPIs.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, or operations within complex environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Nigerian customs clearance, international freight, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate shipment and cost data into strategic business decisions.
- Exceptional commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and clear communication abilities with government-facing counterparts.
- Fluency in English with the ability to work on-site in Lagos, including domestic and occasional international travel.
