Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor daily operational activities and performance metrics.
- Maintain highly accurate records and update tracking systems on a regular basis.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging trends, bottlenecks, or discrepancies.
- Ensure the timely submission of all reports to the management team.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to gather accurate information and data points.
- Maintain strict data integrity and ensure full compliance with internal company procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with strong reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in using data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
