About the Role
Adron Homes & Properties Limited is a leading real estate and property development company dedicated to helping people realize their aspirations for homeownership, comfort, security, and wealth. With over 4,000 acres of land spanning strategic suburban areas, we focus on delivering affordable, high-quality housing solutions for low- and medium-income earners. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Town Planner to drive our urban development initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape sustainable communities across our estates in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Design, coordinate, and implement comprehensive master plans and layout designs for new and existing real estate developments.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and state land-use regulations, zoning laws, and development control standards.
- Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders to secure necessary planning permits, approvals, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, topographical assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of prospective land acquisitions.
- Interpret complex planning policies, architectural drawings, survey maps, and technical documents to guide engineering and construction teams.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and land-use proposals for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers, architects, legal experts, and project managers.
- Maintain accurate regional registers, mapping data, and documentation archives for all estate properties.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Urban and Regional Planning, Town Planning, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in town planning, urban development, or real estate project execution.
- Relevant professional certification and active registration with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC) will be a strong added advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and mapping software such as GIS, AutoCAD, and related spatial analysis tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian planning laws, zoning policies, and development control guidelines.
- Strong analytical, research, report-writing, and spatial visualization skills.
