About the Role
Dwellion Design was founded in 2017 with a mission to better serve clients by creating personalized, stress-free design experiences that help families and businesses express themselves through unique spaces. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead our project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence across all sites in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and architectural drawings for buildings and civil works.
- Develop structural drawings for foundations, beams, slabs, columns, and reinforcement detailing.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and quantity requirements to support procurement.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotations against BOQ specifications and track project expenditures.
- Oversee site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules and productivity targets.
- Ensure all project activities meet company quality standards, industry regulations, and strict health and safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation measures, and track key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and quality.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, consultants, and clients while preparing comprehensive progress reports for management.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven professional experience in construction and project management.
- Strong proficiency in structural engineering design, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
