About the Role
Pacific International Drilling S.A. is a rapidly growing global offshore drilling company providing ultra-deepwater drilling services to the oil and gas industry. Operating one of the newest and most technologically advanced drillship fleets in the world, we are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused Tool Pusher to join our dynamic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all daily drilling operations and rig floor activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, logistics, and supply chain needs with relevant departments.
- Mentor rig personnel and promote a strong safety culture across all shifts.
- Manage operational reporting and monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with local educational equivalents such as SSCE, WAEC, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Valid USCG MODU OIM License with Unrestricted Surface Units Underway or Surface Units on Location endorsement.
- Candidates actively working towards an Unrestricted License will also be considered.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant offshore drilling experience with a strong technical background.
- Must be a Nigerian resident currently residing in Nigeria with fluent English communication skills.
