We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Threat Intelligence Management Specialist to join our vibrant cybersecurity team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in protecting our digital ecosystem by identifying, analyzing, and neutralizing advanced cyber threats before they impact our operations or our millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and assess comprehensive cyber threat intelligence from multiple internal and external sources to anticipate potential security breaches.
- Continuously monitor the rapidly evolving threat landscape to identify specific cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and campaigns relevant to the banking sector.
- Partner closely with security operations and threat hunting teams to proactively detect indicators of compromise and suspicious network activities.
- Produce timely, accurate threat intelligence reports, actionable security alerts, and executive briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Research cybercriminal groups, targeted attack campaigns, and emerging attack techniques to enhance organizational defensive postures.
- Provide strategic intelligence-led assessments to support senior management in security planning, risk management, and technology decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Threat Hunting, or related cybersecurity domains.
- Demonstrated understanding of advanced persistent threats, adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Proven proficiency in utilizing threat intelligence platforms and translating complex technical reports into actionable recommendations.
- Professional certifications such as CTIA, CISSP, CEH, GCTI, or CISM are highly desirable.
