About the Role
Brown Skin Girl (BSG) Skincare, a leading Nigerian skincare brand dedicated to plant-based and nature-inspired formulations specially crafted for Black skin, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, offering expert skin analysis, and administering rejuvenating treatments that align with our natural beauty philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to determine individual client needs and skin types.
- Perform professional facial treatments, body care services, and other specialized skincare procedures.
- Educate clients on proper home-care routines and recommend suitable BSG Skincare products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the treatment rooms according to industry regulations.
- Keep accurate and confidential records of client treatments, skin progress, and product recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and company product formulations to provide informed advice.
- Assist with front-desk duties, inventory management, and promotional activities as required.
- Certification in Esthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related relevant field.
- Proven experience working as a skincare therapist, estheticians, or in a similar wellness role.
- Deep understanding of Black skin anatomy, common dermatological concerns, and plant-based skincare ingredients.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to client care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail and spa environment.
