We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Radiographer to join our multidisciplinary oncology team, ensuring precise radiation delivery, optimal patient safety, and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer advanced radiation therapy treatments accurately in accordance with established oncological protocols and safety standards.
  • Position patients precisely using immobilization devices and verify alignment to ensure optimal radiation dose delivery.
  • Perform daily quality assurance (QA) checks on therapy machines and collaborate with medical physicists to validate treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients continuously during therapy, managing side effects, addressing concerns, and providing emotional support.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) regarding treatment parameters and patient responses.
  • Adhere strictly to ALARA principles and radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure for patients and staff.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings, clinical audits, and continuous professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or a related field with a dedicated focus on therapeutic radiography.
  • Current and valid professional licensure and registration as a Therapeutic Radiographer.
  • Advanced certifications or specialized training in oncology radiography are strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of radiation physics, dosimetry, radiobiology, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills with a compassionate demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail in high-pressure clinical environments.
