About the Role
ProcessFlow Consulting Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Growth Officer to join our client's expanding field operations team in Lagos State. In this role, you will be the driving force behind increasing daily power bank rentals, building strategic local partnerships, and optimizing station performance across high-footfall areas such as campuses, transport hubs, and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities- Grow daily power bank rentals across all assigned clusters and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Identify low-performing locations, execute improvement strategies, and recommend station relocations when necessary.
- Support local Operators with community-level awareness, customer acquisition, and effective promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor station conditions, power bank availability, branding, and Operator compliance.
- Coach underperforming Operators, resolve operational bottlenecks, and escalate persistent issues to the Head of Operations.
- Source, assess, and onboard new high-traffic locations to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.
- Provide detailed reports on rental performance, field activities, competitor movements, and actionable market insights.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in field sales, territory management, retail operations, or business development within Lagos.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with high-footfall environments like campuses, markets, and transport hubs in Lagos.
