Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily terminal operations within the North Central region, ensuring strict compliance with company standards and regulatory policies.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor terminal personnel to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor fleet utilization, coordinate timely vehicle departures and arrivals, and liaise closely with the Maintenance team.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining superior service quality, resolving escalated issues, and implementing experience enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), track regional operational metrics, and generate comprehensive periodic reports.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently to maximize regional profitability.
- Conduct routine terminal audits, identify operational bottlenecks, and execute corrective strategies to boost overall productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in terminal operations, logistics, or courier management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in logistics software and KPIs.
