About the Role
Excel and Grace Consulting is a premier business and financial consulting firm in Nigeria, providing expert advisory and operational solutions. We are currently recruiting a dedicated and results-driven Terminal Manager to oversee our transit terminal operations in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining high safety standards, driving revenue protection, and delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, ensuring smooth vehicle departures, arrivals, and passenger boarding schedules.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and operational personnel, managing attendance, performance, and duty allocations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies, risk management protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor ticketing, cash collections, financial transactions, and compile accurate daily operational reports for management.
- Handle and resolve passenger complaints promptly, fostering a professional, secure, and customer-friendly terminal environment.
- Coordinate closely with logistics personnel and the central operations team to address vehicle availability and scheduling challenges.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in transportation, terminal, fleet, or logistics operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of revenue control and administrative procedures.
- Candidates must reside in Uyo or be willing to resume work immediately.
