About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Terminal Manager to oversee our transport and logistics operations in Imo State. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring strict safety compliance, managing staff and vehicle schedules, and delivering an outstanding passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, coordinating vehicle departures, arrivals, passenger movement, and scheduling.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and operational personnel, monitoring attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, government regulations, and operational standards.
- Monitor ticketing, cash collections, expenses, and overall terminal financial activities to ensure accountability.
- Resolve passenger complaints promptly and maintain a professional, customer-focused terminal environment.
- Liaise with the central operations team, logistics personnel, and management to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly performance and incident reports for management review.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, conflict management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Candidates already resident in Imo State are strongly preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred based on the current operational requirements of the role.
