Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and deliver engaging tennis lessons and programs tailored to guests and members of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
- Assess player techniques, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to accelerate skill development.
- Organize and manage fun recreational tournaments, social events, and coaching clinics to enhance guest engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the tennis courts and related equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with hotel guests, club members, and staff.
- Provide specialized coaching and activities suitable for both adults and children.
- Hold a recognized tennis coaching certification (ITF, PTR, or equivalent).
- Possess at least 1 to 2 years of practical experience as a tennis coach in a club, academy, hotel, or recreational setting.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful player development across various age groups.
- Possess strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Show a genuine passion for sports, fitness, and helping others achieve their athletic goals.
