About the Role
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) is recruiting a professional and customer-focused Teller to be based in Rivers State. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of our client institution, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient financial transactions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and bill payments.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers daily, ensuring zero discrepancies and overseeing ATM transactions.
- Proactively recommend and cross-sell bank products and services such as savings accounts and credit cards to meet branch targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and educating clients on banking services.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and security protocols to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc degree in a relevant discipline.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Previous work experience in cash handling, retail banking, or customer service roles.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in operating computer systems.
- Competitive net monthly salary of N128,000.
