About the Role

Éclat HR Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Telecommunication Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom infrastructure projects on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project management skills and hands-on experience in telecom operations, tower installations, and network deployments who is passionate about delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Telecommunication Engineer, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinate with site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. You will play a key role in tracking project progress, managing resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing telecom infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Supervise day-to-day execution of telecom infrastructure projects across assigned sites
  • Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular status updates
  • Coordinate site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient project execution
  • Conduct routine site inspections and Technical Site Surveys (TSS) to ensure quality and compliance
  • Track project costs, monitor resource utilization, and report budget variances
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project and site reports
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate project logistics, including material deliveries and workforce scheduling
  • Maintain accurate project records, including inspection reports and close-out documents
  • Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in telecom project management, coordination, or infrastructure supervision
  • Proven experience with tower installation, retrofit, audit, O&M, wireless network deployment, or broadband installations
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost tracking
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software is highly desirable
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
  • Familiarity with telecom equipment such as towers, routers, switches, antennas, and transmission infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work outdoors and conduct site inspections and Technical Site Surveys
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
