About the Role
Hausba Smarthomes Limited is a leading professional solution integration brand specializing in bespoke electronics and custom home technology. Founded in 2010, we transform modern lifestyles by delivering futuristic living experiences for high-end residential and commercial clients across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive our technical installations and ensure operational excellence across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower allocation.
- Receive design handovers from the Design Studio and verify technical feasibility for on-site execution.
- Lead on-site integrators and interns, conducting rigorous quality assurance from first fix to final handover.
- Collaborate with Finance to control costs and variations, while tracking materials closely with Procurement.
- Maintain clear client communication, resolve snags efficiently, and deliver weekly reports on progress, risks, and margins.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience managing AV, smart-home, electrical, or high-end fit-out projects.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience operating as a project lead.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional client-handling capabilities, negotiation skills, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
