Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive reviews of technology processes, systems, infrastructure, and security controls across the bank.
- Identify technology risks and assess the adequacy of mitigating controls to protect sensitive financial data.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and emerging cybersecurity measures.
- Assess compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present actionable findings and recommendations to executive management.
- Monitor remediation efforts and validate the timely closure of previously identified audit findings.
- Provide expert control-related guidance to business and technology stakeholders during project implementations.
- Recommend continuous improvements to technology governance, data security, and operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT Audit, Information Security, Risk Management, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of technology risks, IT controls, cybersecurity practices, and banking regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience performing audits in financial services or other highly regulated industries is a distinct advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are highly desirable.
