Key Responsibilities- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment while conducting daily mechanical plant inspections.
- Monitor and control property temperatures, and track energy and utilities usage to drive efficiency.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters, and install, test, and repair electrical systems and pipe assemblies.
- Perform routine maintenance on pools, spas, and auxiliary facility equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, security, and environmental policies, reporting hazards and completing required training.
- Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and provide warm, responsive service to all hotel guests.
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in HVAC maintenance and mechanical operations.
- Valid EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Physical capability to lift objects over 100 pounds, work in confined or elevated spaces, and perform rigorous manual tasks.
