About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer - Coiled Tubing to join our dynamic operations in Nigeria, ensuring flawless execution through pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis.
In this critical role, you will work seamlessly with Service Delivery Coordinators to design optimal job programs, maximize revenue potential, and drive continuous improvement across oil and gas operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand client well construction objectives and commercial contract terms.
- Perform offset well and hazard analyses to mitigate operational risks and enhance safety protocols.
- Design comprehensive job programs including risk mitigation and contingency plans to maximize revenue and future job assignments.
- Provide on-demand and on-call technical support during active job execution at rig sites or customer facilities.
- Investigate field incidents thoroughly to determine root causes, drive corrective actions, and ensure fast customer issue resolution.
- Document calculations, simulations, and project plan revisions accurately for audit purposes and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant operational experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically with coiled tubing or drilling optimization.
- Strong understanding of Profit and Loss (P/L) and technical job planning requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to rig sites, customer facilities, and meetings, including being on-call outside normal business hours.
