About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer specializing in Coiled Tubing to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure flawless service delivery through comprehensive pre-planning, meticulous job execution, and thorough post-job analysis, maximizing our potential to meet client objectives while adhering strictly to contract terms.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales teams to understand client well construction objectives and commercial contract terms.
- Perform offset well and similar job analysis to identify application hazards and incident potential.
- Design comprehensive job programs including risk mitigation and contingency plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Accurately document calculations, simulations, and plan revisions during project cycles for audit purposes and dependent teams.
- Provide on-demand technical support and on-call assistance during job execution in accordance with product portfolios.
- Conduct failure investigations and act as a Case Worker for field incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Advise on product improvement opportunities to resolve repetitive component and product failures.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- At least 3 years of relevant operational experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Thorough understanding of P/L management and technical job planning requirements.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and cross-functional planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization.
- Flexibility to be on-call outside of normal business hours and willingness to travel to rig sites and customer facilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with proficiency in digital data tools.
