About the Role

Workforce Management Centre Limited is recruiting a dynamic Technical Facility Officer on behalf of our esteemed client in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all hospital facilities, technical systems, and specialized medical equipment operate at peak performance standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a safe, functional, and fully compliant healthcare environment that supports exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for hospital facilities and critical biomedical equipment.
  • Supervise repair works, manage service level agreements with third-party vendors, and oversee onsite contractors.
  • Monitor utility consumption and power systems to guarantee uninterrupted facility operations around the clock.
  • Maintain hospital infrastructure, electrical grids, mechanical systems, and IT networking hardware.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant facility environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults swiftly to minimize operational downtime.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in facility management, technical maintenance, or hospital equipment management.
  • Prior working experience within the healthcare or hospital industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational competencies.
