Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Technical Drawing and related pre-vocational subjects to secondary school students.
- Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and international best practices.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through practical projects, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom and drawing studio environment conducive to creative and technical learning.
- Mentor students academically, morally, and spiritually, supporting their holistic development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school administration to execute school programs, events, and departmental goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed), Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of cognate teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Proficiency in both manual drafting techniques and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong command of the subject matter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to student growth and alignment with Christian values and the school motto.
- Valid teaching certification or registration with TRCN is a distinct advantage.
