We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Data Associate to join our health tech data analysis vertical. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the next generation of data professionals by providing expert guidance, reviewing learner projects, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within health tech data analysis by guiding participants through complex projects and hands-on assessments.
- Provide prompt technical support and actionable feedback to learners facing technical challenges during their training journey.
- Review learner work and assignments to ensure high standards of academic and technical excellence are consistently met.
- Collaborate with program operations teams to ensure participants successfully progress and complete their training milestones.
- Facilitate engaging technical sessions and offer mentorship to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and contemporary business practices.
- Proven expertise in data analysis with a strong focus on health tech datasets, metrics, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in relevant data tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and health-specific data visualization software.
- Strong passion for education, mentoring, and empowering others to achieve their career aspirations in the tech ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Prior experience in teaching, training delivery, technical support, or data consulting is a distinct advantage.
