Having successfully trained over 70,000 learners and partnered with 70+ organizations, we are expanding our dynamic team and looking for a passionate Technical Data Associate specialising in DevOps to support our next generation of tech professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within the DevOps specialization by assisting learners with hands-on projects, practical assessments, and complex technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to learners to ensure successful comprehension and application of DevOps principles.
- Review learner submissions, provide constructive feedback, and track participant progress throughout the training program.
- Collaborate with program operations and instructional teams to streamline learning delivery and maintain high educational standards.
- Help participants bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industry practices through top-rated employability support sessions.
- Proven practical experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment tools.
- Strong passion for education, mentoring, and technical talent development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote educational environment.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical training delivery is a strong added advantage.
