We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Technical Data Associate specializing in Data Analysis to join our dynamic team in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities- Support comprehensive learning delivery within data analysis by assisting learners with complex projects, practical assessments, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical guidance and constructive feedback to review learner work, ensuring high standards of educational quality.
- Support daily program operations and coordinate closely with academic teams to help participants successfully progress through their training journeys.
- Facilitate engaging discussions, clarify difficult concepts, and offer personalized support to boost learner confidence and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve curriculum materials, assessment rubrics, and overall training delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven professional experience in data analysis, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, technical support, or training delivery within the technology or education sectors is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to learners of all backgrounds.
