Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within cybersecurity by guiding learners through complex projects, practical assessments, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert technical mentorship and constructive reviews of learner assignments to ensure high-end skill acquisition.
- Collaborate with program operations teams to monitor participant progress and ensure successful completion of training milestones.
- Facilitate engaging technical sessions and provide targeted support to learners seeking clarity on advanced cybersecurity concepts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum materials, learning guides, and assessment rubrics based on industry standards.
- Proven background and practical experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong understanding of contemporary cybersecurity frameworks, threat analysis, data protection, and network security.
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills with a genuine passion for teaching and empowering others.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into easily digestible learning modules for diverse cohorts.
