We are currently looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Coordinator to join our expanding team in Nigeria and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate non-routine maintenance (NRM) activities within the assigned operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Interface directly with clients and customers regarding non-routine maintenance activities and related technical matters.
- Follow up rigorously on NRM requests to guarantee timely execution, effective troubleshooting, and permanent resolution.
- Escalate complex technical, operational, and customer-related issues promptly requiring higher management attention.
- Maintain comprehensive records, accurate documentation of NRM activities, technical interventions, and customer engagements.
- HND, B.Sc., or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in telecommunications, technical operations, or field maintenance.
- Solid working knowledge of telecom infrastructure and complex maintenance operations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal follow-up skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital reporting tools.
