Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a dynamic Technical and Mall Coordinator to oversee the comprehensive technical and facilities operations of a premier commercial mall environment. In this vital role, you will guarantee the seamless reliability, safety, and functionality of all building systems, utilities, and equipment, ensuring an exceptional experience for tenants, visitors, and retail partners alike.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily technical, maintenance, and facility operations across the entire commercial mall complex.
- Supervise multidisciplinary maintenance activities covering electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Monitor critical mall equipment performance, strictly executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Manage maintenance work orders, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and resolution of reported technical issues.
- Oversee external contractors, third-party service providers, and in-house technical personnel to maintain high service standards.
- Support uninterrupted operations of heavy-duty generators, electrical distribution panels, chillers, and water supply systems.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Facilities Management.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial property, mall operations, hospitality, or large retail facility management.
- Demonstrated expertise in supervising technical personnel and coordinating complex building utility systems.
- Solid practical knowledge of HVAC and chiller systems, power generators, plumbing, and electrical networks.
