About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Technical and Facility Manager to oversee the comprehensive technical operations, utilities, security, and general upkeep of a premier commercial facility. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the seamless, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of all building infrastructure while leading a skilled team of maintenance professionals and managing vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily technical operations, facility maintenance, utility management, and security protocols across the commercial property.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical faults spanning electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
- Manage power generation assets, including generators, transformers, HT/LT panels, and electrical switchgear systems.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of chillers, VRV systems, AHUs, water treatment plants, and firefighting equipment.
- Ensure the optimal performance of Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, access control, and other automation technologies.
- Conduct regular energy audits, implement cost-saving efficiency measures, and oversee maintenance budget execution.
- Liaise effectively with tenants, government authorities, utility providers, and external contractors to maintain service excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing facilities for large commercial malls or department stores.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in troubleshooting power systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and preventive maintenance strategies.
