We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Technician Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee our automotive technical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring high standards of technical service and efficiency.
- Oversee advanced vehicle diagnostics, complex repairs, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate junior technicians to foster continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company quality standards across all service tasks.
- Coordinate with management to streamline workflow, manage inventory, and reduce turnaround times.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on automobile technical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience in a workshop environment.
- Strong expertise in workshop management, vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and PDI processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
