About the Role
Nolton Africa is a premier full-fledged development management consulting firm dedicated to empowering nonprofit professionals, social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and donors across the region. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Advisor to join our expert team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and evaluating high-impact social sector projects, providing strategic guidance to our diverse clientele, and contributing to sustainable development outcomes in Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level technical advisory services to nonprofits, social enterprises, and donor agencies on project design and execution.
- Conduct comprehensive research, data analysis, and needs assessments to inform strategic decision-making and program development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to draft policy briefs, project proposals, and comprehensive reports.
- Monitor project milestones and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented social impact initiatives against set key performance indicators.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building programs for clients and community stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, best practices, and regulatory frameworks within the African development sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in development management, consulting, or the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and collaborative software for remote and hybrid work environments.
