About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a vibrant and customer-oriented Team Member (Cashier) to join our fast-paced retail environment in Lagos. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our business, ensuring seamless transactions, excellent customer service, and an overall positive shopping experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and process card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves as required by store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally while escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Must be between 19 and 25 years of age.
- Minimum of an OND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 year of working experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and passionately customer-focused.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute daily to Ikoyi or Marina.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦85,000.

- An attractive ₦25,000 mid-month incentive awarded after 3 months of successful probation.
