Key Responsibilities- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring positive interactions throughout their visit
- Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems, accepting cash, card, and mobile payments
- Maintain accurate cash register balances and reconciliation at shift start and end
- Prepare beverages as a barista and pizza items according to established standards and customer specifications
- Communicate menu offerings, daily specials, and promotional details to customers clearly and persuasively
- Keep the cashier and service stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Adhere strictly to cash handling, security, health, and safety protocols
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, SSCE/GCE, or NECO certification
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in hospitality cashiering, food service, or café environments
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong basic numeracy and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven capacity to thrive under pressure while maintaining service quality
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shift schedules
