Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and interactive Chemistry lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the approved national curriculum.
- Design and conduct practical laboratory experiments to enhance students' theoretical understanding and scientific inquiry skills.
- Assess, evaluate, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement and personal growth.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration in planning school events, science fairs, and curriculum reviews.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc. Ed, or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE).
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry in a recognized secondary school setting is a distinct advantage.
