Excel and Grace Consulting is seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified Teachers to join our dynamic educational talent network in Nigeria. We are currently recruiting for Early Years Teachers, Classroom Teachers, English (Phonics) Teachers, Mathematics Teachers, ICT Teachers, and French Teachers. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering effective lessons, managing classrooms, assessing student progress, and creating an engaging learning environment that encourages academic excellence and holistic child development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons for students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Effectively manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, disciplined learning environment.
- Assess student academic performance, monitor individual progress, and provide targeted support.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievements, attendance, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to support overall student growth and school activities.
- Possess a B.Ed, B.Sc, HND with PGDE, or equivalent qualification, or an NCE.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable classroom teaching experience.
- TRCN certification is a strong added advantage.
- Proficient ICT skills and modern educational technology adoption.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
