With close to 1,000 students currently enrolled, we are looking for a passionate Human Resource Management Teacher to help shape our people, culture, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Human Resource Management to secondary school students.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and child development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Uphold the moral and academic integrity of the institution at all times.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized institution is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
