About the Role
Akintola Williams Deloitte is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and execute integrated talent acquisition strategies that attract high-calibre professionals. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic recruitment advisory services to Partners and business leaders while overseeing our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, graduate programmes, and employer branding efforts in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment management, from job profiling and sourcing to offer management and pre-employment clearance.
- Design and execute graduate recruitment, early-career programmes, and campus engagement initiatives.
- Build proactive talent communities and source specialized talent for assurance, consulting, tax, and risk advisory services.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience through targeted recruitment marketing and professional networking.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring demands, manage recruitment risks, and provide market intelligence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment within a complex organization.
- Professional certification such as CIPM Nigeria, CIPD, or SHRM is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in graduate recruitment, executive search, and utilizing applicant tracking systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior business leaders effectively.
