We are currently looking for a talented, responsible, and detail-oriented Tailor to join our dynamic production team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our creative designs to life, ensuring every stitch reflects our commitment to excellence and luxury.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, sew, and construct bespoke garments from scratch according to approved fashion designs and precise client measurements.
- Review design sketches and pattern instructions carefully before beginning production to ensure complete accuracy.
- Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and garment construction throughout the entire tailoring process.
- Inspect garments thoroughly at various stages of production to identify and rectify any fitting or structural issues promptly.
- Manage daily workflow efficiently to meet strict production deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate effectively with designers and other atelier staff to ensure seamless garment delivery.
- Proven professional experience as a tailor specializing in bespoke garment construction and high-end fashion.
- Advanced technical knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and modern sewing techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a steady hand for precise cutting and stitching.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
