About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented and proactive Systems Control Analyst to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our information systems remain secure, compliant, and fully aligned with our corporate governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and execution of IT risk assessment and management frameworks aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and report IT-related risks across systems, applications, infrastructure, and third-party engagements.
  • Conduct comprehensive IT risk, compliance, and control assessments to evaluate exposure to cybersecurity and data privacy threats.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards, proactively highlighting vulnerabilities and control gaps.
  • Perform data analysis, track risk trends, and prepare actionable audit reports detailing control effectiveness and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business units to embed robust risk management practices into daily operations and project lifecycles.
  • Provide expert advisory support on emerging technology risks and facilitate staff training to foster a strong risk-aware culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, or related Social Science disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in IT audit, risk management, or systems control.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or MRM will be a strong added advantage.
  • Deep working knowledge of IT auditing standards, information security principles, and internal control frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve complex technical audit issues.
