About the Role
Integrated Health Care Limited, a leading provider of affordable health insurance plans for individuals, families, SMEs, corporate organizations, tertiary institutions, and communities, is seeking a skilled and proactive System Network Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing our core IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, high availability, and robust data protection across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, access controls, data backup solutions, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT support, system updates, and technology integration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies, system configurations, and IT procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in system and network administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in network configuration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a distinct advantage.
