Key Responsibilities- Analyze, design, and implement efficient information systems to support university operations and academic administration.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by various university departments.
- Collaborate with IT team members to maintain database integrity, system security, and regular data backups.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and students utilizing university information systems.
- Assist in the procurement, installation, and configuration of new technology infrastructure and software applications.
- Document system processes, user manuals, and technical workflows for future reference and compliance standards.
- Possession of an O’Level Certificate with a minimum of five (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Library and Information Science or a closely related computing discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse university stakeholders.
